Detexus Ltd is a UK company building SACMS, a detection lifecycle management platform for enterprise security teams. For this notice, Detexus Ltd is the data controller for personal information we receive directly from you.

We may collect your name, work email address, company name, role, LinkedIn profile, phone number, meeting details, SIEM platform interests, and the content of messages you send to us.
We may also receive business contact details when you meet us at events, interact with a conference profile, request a demo, or ask to discuss design partnership, investment, or commercial opportunities.
If you sign in using Google, we may receive basic Google account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or manage your Detexus account, provide access to the product, and help keep the service secure.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, run product demos, understand potential customer needs, manage design partner discussions, and maintain ordinary business records.
If you become a customer, supplier, investor, advisor, or design partner, we may use the information to manage that relationship and meet our contractual or legal obligations.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it except where needed to provide and secure the service, comply with law, or work with trusted service providers acting on our behalf.
Our lawful basis
We usually process business contact information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, developing the product, and operating a B2B company. Where we enter into an agreement with you or your organisation, we may process information because it is necessary for contract-related steps.
